TERMS AND CONDITIONS — TapMind

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TapMind mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LumiFlow ("Developer"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the App and cease all use of our services. These Terms apply to all users globally, whether on Android or iOS platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use TapMind. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use this App. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of any users found to be under the age of 13 in compliance with COPPA and other international privacy regulations.

3. Anonymous Accounts & Data

TapMind utilizes Firebase Anonymous Authentication. A random, unique identifier (Anonymous UID) is generated upon the first launch of the App. No personal identity information is required for basic gameplay. You are responsible for ensuring your device remains secure. LumiFlow is not liable for any loss of game progress, scores, or daily streaks resulting from device resets, app uninstallation, or technical failure on the user's end.

Account Deletion: You may permanently and irreversibly delete your game data, scores, and anonymous identity at any time via the "Delete Account" option in the App Settings menu.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within TapMind—including game mechanics, puzzle configurations generated via AI, visual graphics, animations, audio, and underlying code—is the exclusive intellectual property of LumiFlow or its licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, nor may you use our AI-generated puzzle content for any external commercial purpose without our express written consent.

5. In-App Advertising & Monetization

TapMind is free to download and supported by advertisements delivered via Google AdMob. By using the free version of TapMind, you acknowledge that Banner, Interstitial, and Rewarded Video ads will be displayed. Rewarded Video ads are optional and allow you to earn an extra life in exchange for watching an ad.

"No Ads" Premium: We offer a one-time In-App Purchase that removes all advertisements, unlocks custom themes, and grants a permanent extra life. This purchase is processed by Google Play or Apple StoreKit. All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by local law. You may restore this purchase on new devices using the "Restore Purchases" function in-app.

6. Global Leaderboard & Conduct

TapMind features a real-time Global Leaderboard. By playing the game, your high scores and anonymous user ID will be visible to other players globally. Score manipulation, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using bots to gain an advantage on the leaderboard is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any scores we determine to be achieved through fraudulent means and to ban offending accounts without notice.

7. AI-Powered Content Disclaimer

TapMind utilizes OpenAI GPT-4o mini to generate unique daily puzzle configurations. While we utilize a validation pipeline to ensure quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated puzzles will be error-free at all times. AI puzzles are provided "as is" and do not reflect real-world facts or opinions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumiFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of TapMind. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the preceding 12 months or €50 EUR, whichever is greater.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence (e.g., EU member states).
